2000
Started providing backend repair support for OEMs and SIs during warranty and out-of-warranty periods. Became a repair partner for HCL Infosystems.
2003
Launched India's first ever branded service centers under the name 'HCL SERVICE POINT'.
2005
Became field support partner for HP India in the North-East region.
2007
Appointed as field support partner for Lenovo in metro cities and select Tier 2 cities across India.
2008
Started providing board-level repair services for HP India.
2013
Launched Managed Services and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) vertical.
2015
Became an official repair partner for Lenovo India.
2020
